You Guys Saved Us Thousands!
We had an estimate from (company name deleted) to replace our broken sewer line via trenchless repair for $7000 which was a lot of money for us. So my husband and I decided to get other estimates. After calling several of the other big companies…we called Express Sewer & Drain who came out the same day. William, the owner TV inspected our line for free. And he gave us an estimate to replace the line for $3800 which included permits and meeting with the city inspector. We received another estimate for $6950 before we decided to hire Express, who completed our sewer replacement the same week. Excellent customer service and price! This company was extremely quick to respond, and ultimately was one of four contractors that bid the job. It was to be a trenchless main sewer pipe replacement. I researched the job; the contractors that bid for it. All were to do the same type job which entails using the same products, acquiring necessary permits, inspection by county, etcetera. Express Sewer & Drain was one of the top rated companies and had good feedback from other clients. With that information, recommendations, and a good bid price I decided to select them for the job. Great choice! My thanks to Jerry & William for a job well done! A+ recommendation!

Plumbing comes first; Super Bowl Second!
I would recommend Express Sewer and Drain to anyone who needs an expert plumber. William Heinselman was the first to my email.  He arrived on time (and on Super Bowl Sunday, no less!). He figured I had a clog in my washing machine drain pipe.  When just snaking it didn't work, he put his camera down and figured I had a P trap that was too small for his cutter to work. So he snaked it with a smaller snake and finally got the clog out.  He was personable, knowledgeable and cleaned up his mess (small as it was).  Definitely a pro!

Professionals!

They were fast to come out, video and show us what the problem was.  They were the lowest bid for the project to do the job. Yet they did not slack in the quality of their work.  We needed to have a new sewer line put in: a trenchless line. It was amazing to watch the way it was done.  Their work was very professional as well. They went out of their way to get the proper permits and supplies needed to do the job by code.  To us that is what any homeowner would want.
